In June, Belle Boggs published her essays “In the Peanut Hospital” in Ecotone and “Writer, Mother, Both, Neither” in Literary Hub, and her article “‘Scary and Absurd’: a Dangerous Pregnancy, a Mother of Four, and the Real-life Impact of North Carolina’s Abortion Restrictions” in Slate.
Her new book, The Art of Waiting: On Fertility, Medicine, and Motherhood, received a starred review from Kirkus and was chosen by Publishers Weekly as one of the top 10 memoirs for fall 2016.
